I noticed a nice refreshing sensation on my scalp after using this, and it does seem to help with overall hair health and volume. It doesn't leave any greasy residue, which is a huge plus for daily use. On the downside, the herbal scent is quite strong and lingers for a while, so if you are sensitive to smells, it might be a bit overwhelming. It’s effective, but the fragrance definitely takes some getting used to.

Unfortunately for me it didn’t work
I’m glad I bought the small ones “travel set” before committing to purchasing the big bottle. I heard many good reviews unfortunately for me it was the opposite 😭 my hair is was already falling out and with this shampoo it fell out the triple amount of what it was, which was terrifying so for me it definitely wasn’t worth it.
