Please tap the device on the Govee Home app--->tap the settings icon on the top right of the graph page--->set the alert range.

If the H5100 sensor can be used without the gateway?

Yes. The H5100 sensor can be used as a Bluetooth thermometer without the gateway.

If the water sensor can be connected to this gateway?

The H5151 gateway is designed for the H5100 sensor only.

Does this wifi thermometer work with Google Home?

Our wifi hygrometer doesn't work with Google Home.
