Sadly after 4 months its dead. We were awoken at 3AM to the drone of this thing spontaneously starting. The switch would not turn it off so I wrapped it in a towel to let the battery run down while we slept. The next morning I charged it and it worked normally for about a week. Then it spontaneously started again. Discharging the battery the second time did not resolve the problem. As soon as I placed it on the charger it started running and the switch would not turn it off. I really liked it while it worked and expected the battery to be the problem, not the switch.I’ve had waterpiks before and was intrigued by the concept of having the pump in the handle. I’ve only used it once. It works well with sufficient pressure and it appears to be well constructed. I would have given it 5 stars if the wand tube was a little longer. It's length is barely sufficient but workable. My long term concerns are 1. How the battery holds up, 2. The storage case is nicely constructed but appears to have no ventilation which could lead to mold. 3. Can the pump in the handle survive long term. I suspect it is somewhat miniaturized compared to tabletop implementations.

I really like the design of this product. I like that the water reservoir is a cup that can be cleaned to prevent mold. However, this only has two pressure settings. Turning it on starts it on the highest pressure setting, then you have to wait a second before turning it to the lower pressure setting, which is still really intense.I've never used a water flosser before, and these pressure settings are just way too intense for someone who has never used a water flosser before. Its so intense that the water that ricochets off my gums/teeth and hits my tongue/cheeks IS INCREDIBLY PAINFUL. Honestly I'm impressed by how strong the pressure is for a hand held device but I'm considering returning it because I don't know if I can handle this and I might need the lower pressure settings provided by a Water Pik because I have issues with receding gums. I'm devastated, I REALLY love the design of this product...

I liked this water jet at first since it is more powerful than other portable units. However it is rather askward to use. The nozzle does not rotate 360 degrees as advertised, making it difficult to floss different areas without tipping over the water container with the short rubber hose. The water container is tapered toward the bottom, and has rounded edges, making it overbalanced and very easy to tip over, as is the charger base which holds the flosser while charging. The nozzle has a very tiny tip (~1/16 inch diameter x 1/4" long under a silicone cover), which is extremely easy to break off when the charger base tips over (which I did, so I only have one nozzle left).

I really liked the product initially. It closes up into a great size that fits into small spaces in luggage. I also felt the pressure from the flosser was adequate. I use pretty high pressure on my Waterpik at home, but didn't expect this to match that. Nonetheless, it was adequate. It's just a little bit noisier than I expected, but quieter than the home unit. It was very easy to setup, use, and put away. I did wonder if over the long term the water tube would develop mold since it doesn't dry out very easily. Also, the base cap doesn't fit tight enough, allowing it to easily pop off.Anyway, I took this on 4 trips with me. On the first three trips it worked fine. On the 4th trip it failed. The unit would only turn on if I put it on the charger. It would then start running without pushing the start button, and would stop running until the charge got too low. Basically, it became unusable and a piece of junk at that point. It will NOT turn on unless I place it on the charger, then it won't turn off until it runs down on the charge.I would not recommend purchasing this unit since its quality of operation is very low.

It’s ok. I like the water capacity of the cup, which I also use as a rinser when I brush. I also like the fact that that cup covers the whole setup for traveling and storage.What I don’t like is the water supply tube setup, where you basically drop it in the cup with the weighted “handle” which doesn’t attach to the cup. It would be better if there was just a place to clip the water tube inside the cup so it will stay at bottom and do away with the handle.

Comparing to other flossers I had, it has only 2 sets for cleaning and gloss is pretty weak. I like the design, it is convenient for travels, but... the water tube disconnects from main unit each 3-5 seconds and it's not convenient to hold it all the time during the cleaning. It'll be a great flossing solution if manufacturer will figure out how to fix water cable

Works great. Easy to store and travel case is sturdy.

Not worth the money.

I purchased a Bellmint water jet on July 29, 2019. The water jet is very good but it consistently leaks from the O-ring seal between the nozzle and the body. If this problem was resolved I would give it a higher rating.

If I could put a zero star review I would. The package showed up and the box looked like it was opened from how the sealing stickers were tampered with them when I open it there was blood or a dirty looking object on the actual product and no charger. Very disappointed in this one.

This flosser worked great for 2 month long trips over the space of one year. The flosser then developed what could be described as a ghost in the machine. Turning itself on in the bag. Intermittent, unpredictable, not responsive to pressing the power to turn off if running of it's own volition.
