Are you happy with this blender?

It is ok, if you want to use it for crushed ice it does not work so well

Where I can find the spare parts for this item like lids?

I have a BL1400, has the same jar/lid. Could not find a replacement lid, all the little doors on top of the lid easily break. the pins that hold them in break off. Then when you turn the blender on they fly off.

Does this blender come with a warrenty?
