Highly Recommend!
This is a great product. I had given up on finding a decent gf ramen option. This is amazing! The noodles are good and the flavors are great. Finally, an gf equivalent to traditional ramen! I highly recommend this. Also, amazon packaged this one MUCH better. It arrived secured in a box in good condition.

My new favorite
I love ramen but having to switch to gluten free foods made it really difficult to have anymore. Every version I’ve tried was awful. I initially bought a couple of individual packs of these Thai kitchen noodles with low expectations but I immediately bought a case. I now have 2 more cases in my pantry. It’s become my favorite quick meal, especially when I toss in a handful of shrimp. These are definitely staying on my monthly grocery list.My ONLY complaint is that I wish the sodium content was lower, but I can adjust for daily intake throughout the remainder of the day.

Love the texture and easy to make
These rice noodles are silky smooth and can easily be prepared in microwave, which I love. The flavor packet and oil pouch provided taste good, but I have to add more flavor to my finished soup, which is normal and fine. I agree that the price going up will not work for me, but this is a great product when it's affordable.

Smaller than thought
Item is a lot smaller than I expected. Make sure you check weight. Photos are sometimes not an accurate representation of the actual product size.

Extremely disappointing.
I got these noodles for $3.54, or about $2.21/oz. Less than $4, and I knew it was a very small portion... but I am still really disappointed. I wasn't expecting your typical $0.20 packet of ramen, but I was hoping they'd be a pleasant surprise at a higher price point for a single serving. I have ordered several brands, types, and flavors of ramen, rice noodles, chow mein, etc. and was looking forward to starting off my great noodle taste test with these. The instructions say to heat a cup of water in a small pot, then add the noodles, spice packet, and oil packet, and then cook for 1 minute, stirring; then let stand for 2 minutes to let the noodles soften. Well, I did that -- and the noodles were still hard as a rock. I put them back in the pot and boiled them for another minute as a last-ditch effort to save them, and while they were technically slightly softer, I found myself unable to actually bite through them very well.As for the flavor... They're garlic and vegetable rice noodles, with garlic, ginger, red chili pepper, green onion, shallot, etc. You can taste all of those things to a degree, but somehow it tastes less like a well-seasoned dish accented with staples of Asian cuisine... and instead, more like used mop water. It's just a terrible, earthy, dirt-like flavor. It's quite foul.I don't mean to drag these so bad, but I'm just quite surprised they are this bad. They are so, so bad. I'm a little mad at myself for putting these in my mouth.

Delicious !
Easy to prepare if you want a quick meal. I added a couple of drops of soy sauce, and the soy sauce made it better than it already was.
