HP Printers are always a nightmare when using third party cartridges.Had issues with installing these, but Alice on the support line was great and resolved problem with replacement cartridges on the same day....Hopefully when these arrive they'll work first time. Remember to update your printer firmware via HP Smart before installing.

Had bought replacements for my HP 950XL and HP 951XL cartridges. Replaced the colour cartridges first as they had ran out. For the first few months all was okay and print quality was adequate, not as good as HP ink, but certainly comparable and did it's job for quick home prints. Then the problems started a few months ago, colour prints would be totally messed up, colours were wrong, alignment wrong. Had to 'clean print head' through the software multiple times. And each time I wanted to print would have to do the same procedure to ensure the quality was even somewhat decent. Today needed to print and the printer was in error state. Took out the cartridges and the printer head and the cyan cartridge has completely leaked through into the inkjets. Doubt I will be able to salvage the printer head and will need replacing... £120... should have stayed with HP originals and I won't be making the same mistake ever again.

Despite having an issue with one of the ink cartridges, the issue was quickly rectified with replacement sent out & arriving the next day. Cannot thank you enough for your assistance

I had a problem with a couple of the cartridges and got in touch with Smart Ink support. They responded immediately with some suggestions which I tried but they did not resolve the problem. When I relayed this to Smart Ink, they offered to send me a replacement which arrived the next day

I had an issue with a faulty cartridge, contacted customer support in the evening. Followed their instructions to no avail. They simply said they would send out replacement cartridges with no quibble, I actually received them before lunch the next day! Nobody like having issues but I am so impressed with how efficiently it was sorted I have full confidence in using smartink for my next order. Well done
