Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo (Mark 2) Memory Card 4 GB 4GB 4 Gig for Digital Camera Sony Cybershot Cyber-Shot/Alpha Series

If you own a Sony branded camera you will most likely need their proprietary memory stick brand, the Pro Duo. I found this particular memory stick transfers and writes the photos taken to the memory card very quickly. The 4 GB size is a great size if your shooting in JPEG format as it can hold approx. 800-1000 JPEG photos. The 4 GB is a good size if you tend to take photos on an occasional basis or would rather have your photos on multiple memory cards rather than one large memory stick. However, if you tend to take a lot of pictures, I would suggest you get a larger sized Pro Duo stick such as an 8 GB or higher. This memory stick works perfectly with Sony cameras just put it in the memory slot and start taking your photos! Some good things about this memory stick: -This memory stick is compact in size -Works perfectly with Sony cameras -4 GB is a great size if your shooting in JPEG format and tend to not take a lot of photos -Quickly writes the photos you take to the memory stick Some things I dislike about the Pro Duo memory -Sony proprietary memory stick that you usually must buy an adapter for to use the memory card slot on your PC -Cannot be used with non-Sony cameras like a SD card or CF card can -Somewhat small 4 GB size, may want a larger size if you take photos on a regular basis and not download taken photos to your PC often Other than the 2 things I disliked about this memory stick, it works great and if your in need of a memory stick for your Sony camera, this is the perfect solution.

I have the Sony Cybershot DSC-F717 from 2002. This used to be a $1000 camera back then, and I love the quality that comes from it especially for street photography and portraits. Anyways I believe cameras used to only be able to hold 128mb card which would only allow you to shoot like 51 images. Mine came with a 1gb card already installed, and now I’ve upgraded to this 4gb card which works well and a bit faster than my old one

I was a little "leary" because of the great pricing that it might be a counterfeit...but I found several vendors around the same price. I guess it's Sony direct that charges a high price. We took the chance and are glad we did. The product works great so far and the company we got it from was very quick and responsive. Can't beat that!

With the early 2000's trends making its way back, I came across my old Sony Cyber-Shot camera! I had photos from 2013 and I needed a new memory stick bc it was full after 10+ years. Well, after circling so many electronic stores in Dallas, Texas, I finally found this bad boy and it works! Exactly what I needed. Sadly, can't walk into a store and buy it anymore like the good ol' times. Thank you for still holding it down and still selling these memory sticks!

Overpriced for used memory card. I know they must not be made anymore but cost to much.

I choose to rate it all 5 stars because you just can't beat the price. And it's brand name! The product is good, had no problems whatsoever with this product. A killer deal! Soooo glad I bought it for my trip and hey still have plenty of room for more pictures. :)

Fits my Sony Cyber-shot.

It looks used one. The packaging is opened and sealed with tape again. The product is working fortunately but I don’t recommend this distributor. Disappointed.
