I’m amazed !!! Genuinely amazed. My snoring has stopped and really happy !!! I breathe through my mouth at night as my nose gets congested. My snoring is sometimes so loud I startle myself awake! I have used nose strips which help but these often come unstuck during the night. Fed up with weird sleep positions with one hand pushed against my face to open up my nose I decided to give it a try. It’s a weird feeling to have something in your nose but at the same time be able to breathe so clearly. The sensation is like when you’ve cleared your nasal passage with a whole bottle of carvol menthol oil in a bowl of steaming water with a towel over your head lol I am delighted I did. Instant results! Like shoving 2 sharpened pencils up your nostrils and forcing them up into your brain but trust me you do get used to it. Once you find the right position up your snout it’s relatively comfortable. What other reviewers miss out is the reduction in stress and frustration caused by difficulties breathing is also very, very welcome. I slept very well and did not find using the product uncomfortable at all. I will be buying these every 3 months from now. Totally amazed at how well this works.

I have an extremely deviated septum that requires surgery, it’s resulted in only getting 2-3 hours of sleep a night, with around 80% of that being with heavy snoring.I’ve only had to use this product twice and although it’s mildly difficult to put in at first (because of my septum), it’s resulted in me only snoring for only 5 minutes of my last sleep and I woke up feeling refreshed.I’d definitely recommended this if you’re having trouble sleeping and are awaiting something to fix your nose like me.

I don't usually write reviews but I though I had to do it so I could help others... I snore a lot, and it was making me and my family a bit uncomfortable, I even though I could have sleep apnoea... thank to a colleague who recommended this to me , I am not longer snoring... I asked my husband and kids to watch me sleeping to double check and so far, for about 3 weeks no one can hear any sound of snoring.

This product is comfortable and I barely notice it in my nose. It really helps and I get better sleep and so does my spouse. :-)

I ordered these because I have a slightly deviated septum and a very tiny nose. So even though I don't snore, I wake up multiple times during the night because I get stuffy feeling and ending up mouth breathing because my nose feels congested. I have tried so many other products that irritated or actually made sores inside my nose, that I gave up nose products and started mouth taping. Tapping forced me to breath through my nose, but it was really rough on my lips, and I couldn't get a drink during the night without removing the tape. So, I thought this might be a balance between keeping my nose open so that I could breathe better, and hopefully not increase mouth breathing.The smooth tiny ball shaped magnets on the end of the device, has not given me any nasal sores and is so smooth and comfortable all night long. Easy to use and easy to remove in the morning.There is a package of eight and each one comes with their own little case. I was also glad to see that it never moved or fell out during the night, as I sleep with my little 5 lb Yorkie and I was worried about her getting a hold of magnets if it fell out of my nose! No worries on that end. It was perfectly in place in the morning, just like it was when I inserted it in my nostrils the night before.It was a blessing to be able to wake up with a moist mouth instead of all dried out from mouth breathing! It stayed in my nose and kept my nostrils open so that I could get nice air all night long. I highly recommend these for anyone that has night time congestion in their nasal passages. I am so happy with this product! And I forgot to mention that it is very discreet looking as well. Very happy with this product and will be ordering more!

I have had a single one of these for many years. I don’t know how I haven’t lost it yet except that I am maniacal about putting it in its case when I wake up. Sometimes it comes off in the night and then I am obsessed with finding it before I get dressed for the day. I know the day will come where it falls off of my nightgown when I stand up and the dog dives on it and swallows it before I can react. I was so happy to find a set of these! I will keep one in my purse, one in my favorite suitcase and the rest on my bedside drawer!I love these because they seem to be one of the few things (besides a head contraption that keeps my mouth shut and my lower jaw forward) that actually help with snoring. On those occasions (traveling) when I sleep in the same room as my husband, I use these plus the headgear. The combo is amazing! Alone, I just use these because they somehow improve my breathing through my nose when lying down! If you are like me, these will help you!

They come in a small box and each clip has its own plastic storage case. These are tiny, about the size of a dime. The material is soft, but firm. The first time I slid one into my nose, it was a bit uncomfortable, but that disappeared after a few minutes and I barely noticed it. What I did notice is that my breathing (through my nose) improved. Now I wouldn't say it was like a huge difference, but enough to notice it.As far as my snoring goes, I believe these have helped. I sleep alone, so I can't say for sure, but my throat isn't sore in the morning, which if I snore all night, it is.A good value and totally worth a try if you have difficulties breathing through your nose while sleeping.
