What a life saviour I can still play golf
I purchased this product after trying various others. This was the only back adhesive that gave me relief after back operations and I could continue to play golf. It was superior to other products I tried and was to me a no Brainerd.

Chronic Pain Peeps: Behold the OTC alternative
So so so happy to have found these - rather than pay the exorbitant fee for the official (non OTC 5%) lido patches, you can totally use these instead. Like their more expensive 5% lido cousins, these also do not stick well, fall off when wet etc... so no shocker that some ace bandages, scarves or other binding accessories are in order when it comes to keeping these in place. I wish I had known about these sooner. And the Max Strength 4% cream/lotion is great, too. Both cream & patches work wonders on my RSD "skin of fire" flare ups - AND I don't have to waste expensive patches every time I get that special feeling.
