They help with not feeling hungry, I have taken for a few weeks and am happy with them. I got no side effects. I seem to have a bit more energy in the morning. I take 2 when I wake up and they work for me.

This product puzzled me. I’ve bought this a couple of times, and it would work really effectively when combined with their carb blocker. But I noticed that my recent purchases aren’t working. Not sure whether they changed the formula, or it’s caused by my body’s chemistry or I got defective batches, but just take note of that.

So I took a chance on some weight loss pills. For me it has helped with my calorie controlled plan.I struggle to stop over eating.I've had no side effects.I feel alot fully on these.I take one at 8:00am, and midday.I found 3 was unnecessary.Just a waste.I have more energy and the weight does seem to come off me.A couple of pounds aweek. That's fine.My weights not dropped in years since my cycling accident.They've actually helped my ingestion I get from my clinical diagnosed anxiety disorder. That's a real bonus.Everyone is different. I've tried lots of pills and not have helped.These work for me.

I've used raspberry ketone products before which have worked fine for me. However, this particular product has made me so queasy all I've done is lie on the sofa and comfort eat hoping that will make me feel better, which is most unlike me as I'm a very outdoorsy and active person. I know this is the pills because after the first time this happened I decided to give them a break for a week to see if it was just a coincidence. However, the queasiness started again a day after I started taking them for the second time. Not worth the money at all. With all the ingredients it sounds better than it is.

Didnt loose any weight with these, they gave me bad tummy ache, but tasted like raspberries.
