Alright All, your friendly service member coming back for you all with another service review!Have you ever entered a room and been stared at in jealously, with all eyes beaming at you in pure envy. You see them going, man, I wish I was that Guy/Girl!? NO? Well get these shoes and be the stylish, comfort envy of all your coworkers! -- If that isn't enough to get you to buy these shoes, I guess you could read on....I will state this, as all others, that I was NOT paid for this review, or given a product for this review. I am a paying customer who has spent the last 8+ years in the service industry and have wandered my way around many different products that try to help us all with our long days on the Job.Style and Comfort -- it seams that every single shoe making company hates us servers. There seems to be no where in this world where the word Non-slip AND Stylish can be used together. Well, fear not my service friends, as MOZO cares for you. They have taken the time to design a nice looking shoe, that you don't feel like is the cheapest thing they could put together with a non-slip sole.Immediately upon delivery of this shoe I ripped it out of the box and tried it on. I usually buy my own sports insoles from Champs athletic apparel as they sell shock absorbing insoles that you can exchange 4 times a year for free after they wear out. I usually just set a reminder every 3 months to refresh those puppies *I highly recommend doing it*. However, MOZO must have known I do this, because they have actually took the time to make a thick, gel supported heel insole. Like WHAT???!? Very, very few companies do this. They give you some cheap foam crap that in all honesty, is horrible for you and your foot health. This shoe will fit like... well like a Shoe! it fits exactly the size you are wanting, it cups your heel like a athletic shoe would. The support is felt immediately and it will allow for your 10 hour shift to feel like a 6 hour shift as you glide your way throughout the restaurant.The waterproofing on the outside, I will say seems a bit better fit for Front of House over Back. This is just my experience with most kitchens though, they seem to need a bit better seal around the whole shoe, and this one has air holes on each side.Overall, out of the 10+ pairs of shoes I have worn over my service career, these by far take the cake. I have not owned them long enough to tell you the wear on them at my current restaurant which has carpeted flooring. In my opinion, if I can wear these for a year, at this price, it is well beyond my value towards my health at work.Simply put, I am not yanking your chain. These shoes are the BEST I have worn. You will find MOZO brand on Shoes for Crews, but I promise you, coming through amazon will be financially more reasonable!

The media could not be loaded.  They fit well and appear well constructed. They style is very cool to me; it has metal aglets and metal lace rings. At first they seemed large, but after breaking them in, they fit. They are generally as comfortable as an average shoe, but I found that after wearing them through a long day of work, I had a small pain in both big toes as they may just be a little narrow for my feet. I believe many people pair this product with their own insoles that would make them more comfortable. I have also taken these through moderate rainfall, and they have kept my socks dry for now.

I was nervous about buying a shoe online but this pair turned out to be great. I've purchased shoes for crews and MOZO is hands down superior in every way.**update** one of the metal grommets that lines what I can only assume is a vent hole on the inside seam popped out. the place I work is very low impact so these shoes have not seen a lot of stress. now I'm concerned about the quality. we'll see. going down from 5 stars to 4

After wearing these shoes for 4 months, I can truly say these shoes are amazing. After about a week of wearing them I switched out the inserts with some Dr Scholls work ones, probably the best idea. I no longer dread putting on my work shoes. I'm a waitress that works Friday, Saturday, Sunday all day and a college student during the week. Going from sitting all week to standing on my feet all weekend had my feet and back in absolute agony; since wearing these shoes I can tell a big difference. I no longer have as bad of back pain, and at the end of the night I can still walk straight without crippling pain in my feet. I wouldn't go so far to say these are the best slip resistant, but I would say pretty standard non-slip. The material is very nice, easy to wash, and I could stand in the dish pit for 5 hours and never have a single drop of water touch my feet, however, they're also not constricting to where you get home and your feet are sweaty and wrinkled. If you're someone like me who has spent tons of money buying pairs after pairs of work shoes, these are well worth the splurge.

I don't know if most of these reviewers have never put on a truly comfortable shoe or what...but these are not comfortable. I had knee surgery a year ago so perhaps my knee is a little more sensitive now, but these just we're not doing the job for me. As a waiter, I'm standing for long hours and both of my knees and feet hurt terribly. I gave them 3 stars because they are non slip and therefore are functional for that. However, I was left in much pain and had to return these.

I really like this product. I came from being a kitchen clog wearer. When i first put these on I expected a few days to break them in, and accordingly a bit of discomfort as they are more narrow than a clog. I spent one day in agony, and decided the next day I would wear a second pair of socks to try and cushion a bit. This helped stretch them out a bit, but my feet felt like they were on fire! The following days were heavenly, once I went back to a one sock setup. I can easily wear these for a full 12 hour shift, grocery shopping after work, and the walk up the stairs at my apartment building.These shoes are easy to clean, and the flour wipes right off despite the various nooks and crannies where it can hide. I have noticed and enjoy the little details about these shoes; the metal caps on the end of the laces, and the ventilation holes in the sides of the shoes.Excellent product.
