We bought this mainly to dry our dog after wet walks, this turned out to be perfect for this purpose. The towel is quite heavy for what it is and large enough to wrap all around our medium sized dog. The pockets allow you to keep a good grip on it as you dry and the grey underside just keeps absorbing, it always dries the dog fully and nothing comes through the towel as it has multiple layers.Funnily enough our cat has taken to lying on it and tries to bury himself inside the softer pockets, all round this has been a great buy, I would recommend this to anyone who walks dogs in the the wet weather.PROS:Pockets to keep a gripThick and multi layeredSuper absorbentSoft on both sidesLarge in sizeCONS:None I can think of

Zellar Microfibre Pet TowelThe towel arrived packaged within a tough looking zip top bag. The towel is quite heavy and fairly thick too, it's also very large as it's 42 x 26 inches in size so it will be suitable for most size pets. The material used is super absorbent microfibre which is also super soft, it really does soak up the moisture.The towel has a large pocket either side where you can place your hands so you can wrap the towel around your pet and give it a good rub. The towel is super thick too so it should dry the dampest of pets with ease. It's also very warm so you can just wrap the towel around your pet to warm him/her up after a cold walk in the rain.The stitching is very good on this, I pulled hard at the seams and they gave no indication that they would come apart. What a lovely pet towel. It's a good size, more than big enough to deal with a labrador, it's quite think and very, very soft.There are couple of pockets for your hands to go in to assist with giving a good all over rub to the dog.And it is very absorbent, quickly drying damp fur. I'm waiting for some heavy rain now to see how it copes with a drenched dog, but I'm feeling quite encouraged!All in all recommended and better than using old bath towels!

this is a super thick cosy towel, great for drying my dog. she's a wee dog, so can just about wrap her up in it.when it arrived i noticed there was a long thread running between the two pockets (as though when sewing they'd just stopped at one pocket and gone straight to the other without finishing off or cutting the thread). as i didn't want it to get caught on the dog's paws, i cut it off. subsequently one of the pockets came away at that corner, so i had to fix it which was actually more difficult than i'd have thought because of the thickness of the layers of toweling.otherwise the quality is good, the fabric in particular is pretty luxurious feeling. in fact, i think it might be thick enough for securely wrapping up cats who *really* don't want to take the tablet the vet said they need and would quite like to scratch you in their frenzied attempts at escape.however, i've always just used old towels for dog drying and cat securing and they've worked absolutely fine. if you don't have any old towels (you'd find them in a charity shop/car boot sale...) or you've money to burn (i'd suggest donating to a charity instead - maybe an animal one?), then this would do, but it is a completely unnecessary item.in the interests of transparency, you should probably know that i got this towel for free in return for an honest review of it. i've got oodles of integrity (which i know, but i guess you'll just have to take my word for) and i wouldn't order a product i didn't have a genuine use for, never mind leave a positive review, even if it's not a necessary genuine use :o/

This is a such a good towel to dry down my dog - she's not a fan of being dried down so tries to give the towels a good chew. This towel seems so much more durable than others I have used and dries fairly quickly. Very quick to dry the dog too with the pockets to keep my hands from getting soaking and muddy - highly recommend!

Our Miniature Dachshund loves snuggy blankets and beds, but often runs away from the old towels we used to dry her.This seemed the perfect "upgrade" and so far so good from a dog point of view!She's only little, so this is more than big enough, it absorbs water well, is beyond snuggly and is the perfect car companion for a trip to the beach!

It's certainly a thick well made towel and looks good but I tend to prefer the lighter micro fibre towels. It's maybe good to wrap up a wet dog but a tad cumbersome to actually dry down a dog.

Il telo è molto grande, pesante e al tempo stesso molto morbido. Ci sono due comode tasche in cui infilare le mani e tenere fermo il cane quando lo si asciuga. Usato solo una volta per asciugare la mia cagnolina, molto assorbente e i peli non si attaccano quasi per niente, ora lo utilizzo sul divano come copertina su cui la piccola si fa delle belle dormite, credo che gradisca per la morbidezza. Ottimo e consigliato.

Séchage de mon chien

Ho un cane di taglia media ( border collie ) e con questo telo riesco ad asciugarlo bene.Il materiale è molto buono, assorbe bene ed è molto morbido; grazie alle tasche per le mani si riesce ad asciugare bene anche i cani ( che come il mio ) non stanno mai fermi.Arriva in una comoda busta in plastica richiudibile, che sto riutilizzando per tenere tutti i prodotti del cane.

Devo dire che le foto non fanno capire fino in fondo quanto sia morbido questo telo! Appena l’ho avuto tra le mani sono rimasto a toccarlo e quasi dimenticavo che non era per me che l’avevo comprato. Le due tasche sono davvero un tocco di classe perché perchè permettono di aciugare molto agevolmente i nostri animali (soprattutto i più irrequieti, gatti compresi). Inoltre è piuttosto spesso, come se fossero due teli uniti in uno, e questo fa sì che si possa usare tranquillamente anche come tappetino per la cuccia o il divano o copertina per le nostre ginocchia se decidiamo di vedere un film in compagnia :)
