Mother Lode Jr Backpack - Black

Great carryon backpack! This has it all. I have used on many trips as my personal item along with a carryon roller suitcase. I can fit a few outfits, toiletries, laptop, headphones, snacks, etc. There are many handy pockets and handles. It also easily slips over my roller bag so I can get it off my back in the airport.

This is the perfect size for travel, especially plane travel. It’s can fit as much as my roller bag can, but it fits under the seat and works as a carry on. Super comfortable when wearing as a backpack and really high quality. I know it seems a bit pricey, but I would definitely recommend. I use it all the time.

This backpack is of very high quality and looks great. It is truly shocking what you can fit in this thing ... I could easily take a week long trip with just this. It's comfortable to carry as long as y ou are mindful of how much you are shoving in it ... it holds enough to end up pretty heavy. It is, however, GIANT. pay attention to the dimensions. This is sized to be a carry-on, not a personal item, for airline travel. So, if you turn up with a roller bag AND this thing, you very well might get turned away. It's not going all the way under any seat. Having said that, I did just get away with exactly that ...carried this and my matching Motherlode roller board bag (which is pretty much exactly the same size as this backpack, minus the handles and wheels) and I got away with it. I was prepared to have to gate check tho as it is clearly oversized for a "personal item". But, it's an amazing pack ov great design and capacity ... just much bigger than I expected.

Bought for my daughter. Was perfect. Hold so much yet still can fit under the seat of a plane. Excellent quality and function. Definitely worth every penny!!! I have the same bag and it is going on 15 years strong!! Not even a stitch out of place;)

Really the largest size you can use as your personal item on an international flight. It was just what I needed in order to not check bags.

I give this a 5 star.. it’s great for traveling, just to large for under the seat. Features are great. Good storage, adjustable front straps. You can also strap it on to your roller bag if you did not want to carry it. It has multiple handles too.. It also looks good.

Great overall ‘backpack’, high quality, seems like it will last a long time. There was no exact answer of the capacity, i saw one that said 40L but its def more like 35L. Its not the biggest capacity, but i wanted something i could use just for carrying a laptop and not filled with clothes so this is a happy medium.

The pros are that it is spacious and fit everything I needed for my trip, but can still fit under the seat in front of you on a plane.The downside is that the first day I wore it the clasp for the chest strap broke and without the chest clasp it was uncomfortable to carry the backpack as it was heavy.
