the picture is misleading they need to put a soda can next to it as a reference point for the scale of this beautiful beast. Man
Holy Catfish this is a MONSTER LED Light, the picture is misleading they need to put a soda can next to it as a reference point for the scale of this beautiful beast. Man was I happy when I saw the size of the box this bad boy came in, I was even more exhilarated when the torch just fit into the box. This gem is a thrower and a spot, huge lumen out put. Was outside with it and my wife had turned it on in and under her jacket and it was keeping her super warm. This light scared my 4D Mag light into a corner, poor thing ... Buy this and you will be happy and get a LOL when you see this monster, build quality is superior to everything on the market. I have 43 Thrunite torches. They are great.

Unbelievably bright
I've had plenty of flashlights in my life, but nothing like this one. It is incredibly bright in Turbo mode and very well made. The focused spotlight of this light is exactly what I wanted. We own a large piece of rural property and I can see significantly further then any other light. It's pricy but I think it's worth the expense.

A true Monster to the dark world!
This will be short since their are quite a bit of reviews as it is, but this is by far being the most expensive flashlight I've ever bought, I usually don't spend any more than about $180. But I wanted this thing like crazy due to its insane CD intensity. Almost 400,000 according to Selfbuilts review on CPF. This light will honestly make you feel incredibly safe at night even though it's not exactly edc. Size but aside from that I know that as long as someone doesn't have a gun and is coming after you then this will surely disorient and cause flashblinding and stop someone almost immediately in there tracks.Only Con I have is that unfortunately my flashlight the battery indicator stays constant red no matter if the light is fully charged or almost dead so I have no way of knowing if the battery is dying but I contacted Thrunite and they said to send it back but I chose not to since it's not actually effecting the performance so it actually doesn't bother me. I'm just glad came out with a spare you can purchase for 60 bucks so I may just buy another battery to have two and maybe this one the indicator will work properly. I blame it on me offering this light the second it came out and maybe the bugs weren't fully worked out. Other than that this light is a true photon Monster to the night sky!!!Wanna see some vids?My YouTube channel is (04mach1speed)

Great light
Very bright light with long throw but the battery light indicator was dead on arrival. Luckily I can still tell the charge level from the AC charger. I hear that this is a common issue with this light. Thrunite needs to fix it asap. Otherwise five stars.

Interupted Dreams
I bought the TN40, of the most expensive flashlights I could find, and I looked forward to giving it away as a present. It arrived and I foundout it was heavy. It came with it's own strap. It had a printed notice pasted on the light informing me to remove the insulating paper separating battery from the light housing. I unscrewed the two sections ( nicely engineered ) and I discovered no insulation paper.Next I next took out the charging unit and I noticed that both the charger and the power chord had a wire twisted around thefolded cord and it seemed 'misshaped---as in.....not factory fresh. It looked to me at this point this was a unit that had been returned for onereason or another by someone else and I was the lucky SECOND recipient of a faulty unit.I nevertheless liked it and I charged the battery, turned on the light and....no light! My dreams of a wonderful gift to a friend of mine were over at that point. Too bad, because I can see how these things can happen, butwhen it happens to you, I returned the unit next day, but feeling very discouraged and angry that the incident. Who is was to blame? (Also--- no instruction book, and frankly, user-videos on the internet were not very helpful. So dreamer, beware.)Have no prior expectations for purchasing a $$$ costly flashlight.
