Nice bike for the price.
I was hesitant when purchasing this bike because of some of the reviews, however my bike came packaged extremely well, the box was in great shape, I followed the direction on the side of the box to a T to actually get the bike out of the box. I put the bike together myself within an hr, most of it was done for me right out if the box. Just follow the instructions people. Then I took it on a 2 mile bike ride, it worked great! The gears are different than my old bike but I'll get used to that, and I had to adjust the breaks alittle , super easy with an Allen wrench ... over all I'm very happy with this bike.My only complaint... The seat is HORRIBLE and HURTS , but I bought gel cover so that should help

Nice bike….but watch your booty!!
The bike arrived, the box was beat to crap, thankfully nothing was bent. Easy to put together and easy to adjust the brakes. If you’re good with your hands, have tools, and use common sense, it’s easy to assemble. I didn’t even need the instructions. My biggest complaint is the seat! I would honestly rather sit on a piece of wood! Beware, if you try to use this seat, you’ll be walking bow legged for a few weeks and you’ll end up at your proctologist. Just awful, it’s seriously about impossible to ride, even around the block. A new seat is an absolute must.

Good bike
My son loves this bike so far. I was worried it would come damaged from all the other comments but the bike came just as it should. I’m sure the damaged bikes must have been damaged in shipping. It was easy to put together and my son used it right away. Yes the seat isn’t the most comfortable but most bikes come with a similar seat we just added a padded seat cover and it’s fine. We have snow here so he hasn’t been able to try it on trails yet but he says the shocks are good. The front shocks work fine and they’re not just for looks like another reviewer said. He’s only used it for 2 days so if something comes up I will update my review.

Please read before buying!
To start this review off, this was a Prime item and it took a week to get to me. Lately I've been having the issue of Amazon not fulfilling 2 day shipping (usually 3-7 day delivery). This was a Xmas gift for my GF. Who is 5'4.The bike came in a fairly large box and packaged decently well. The box had a couple large holes blown into it most likely from transit. When I unboxed it a lot of the vital parts of the bike (chain, derailleurs, wheel spokes, etc.) Didn't have any protection on them like bubble wrap which caused an issue after I assembled the bike and I will get to that in this review. The bike went together easy with some basic hand tools. After inflating the front and back tires and bolting them on the forks I gave it a spin in the air and noticed the front and rear wheel had a very slight link in them. Not a huge deal but still noticeable to eye. This did become an issue though with the V-breaks because the slight warp on the wheel would catch on the brake pad even with adjusting the position on the brakes. On to the biggest problem, was the derailleurs. The big hole puncture in the box was right in line with the rear derailleur. I don't know what pierced the box but whatever it was caused the rear derailleur to slightly bend which caused the chain to make noise while pedalling. I though I could adjust the H and L screws on the limiter to fix it but ultimately had to bend it back in place. Adjusting this made the front derailleur to be out of whack with the rear derailleur. So I had to adjust that as well. On top of adjusting the shifter cable tensions.Total time adjusting the derailleurs and chain path was about 3 to 4 hours. Also, I had to remove the rear derailleur guard because that was not letting me shift on to the first 3 casset gears.Overall opinion of this bike is mixed. For the price it's a complete bike with a nice finish. The front shocks seem cosmetic and not all that functional but the bike works! I see myself upgrading most the mechanical parts in the near future though. Especially the derailleurs (they are garbage quality!)Don't plan on taking this thing on any jumps or crazy trails until you address and replace some of the stuff on this bike.UPDATE! AS OF JULY 15: Moved to 1 star rating...This bike went into my scrap metal pile. Started make a weird sound and then after 2 days of a weird sound the freewheel hub seized up and the bike would no longer pedal correctly or even shift gears. Due to covid19 bike shops would take a month to fix it, and due to Amazon's bad shipping times, it would take too long to get the parts to fix. The parts and specialty tool to fix would be about $50 which is almost half the price of the bike itself. I went and bought an actual quality bike from a reputable company. I suggest you save yourself the headache and do the same.

Very Poor Packaging - Extra Set Up Required
Not completely thrilled with this bike. The outer packaging of the shipping box was intact, however, once I got the bike out I noticed items that were damaged under the secure packaging. Makes me question the QC. The seat has a tear, there are some scrapes along the bike.Assembly was easy, however, once assembled it was clear it needed additional attention. I took it to a bike shop for a tune up and found a large amount of adjustments needed to be performed. The shifter was bent. The spokes on the rim on each tire needed adjusting. The brakes needed to be completely recalibrated. The brake cables needed tightening. The gear cables needed tightening.Every attachment/screw/nut/bolt needed significant tightening. After that additional out of pocket expense the bike is now in decent shape and ready for use.

Super Nice
My kids got them for Christmas! They are built super nice and durable my kids are on the shorter side but they will grow into them. They handle very well on our driveway.
