Decided to try this product because of a cold sore that would not go away. Tried everything but the kitchen sink. After only 2 days of use, cold sore is nearly gone. Fantastic product!

This product burns your skin. It made my lips worse. Had to stop using this.

Numbs when it's working...as it heals you don't feel the numbing as much. I recommend this product better than other crap at the drug store

Unfortunately my bottle arrived in a soaking wet box because a good portion of the product had leaked from the bottle. I returned it for a refund. I have used the same brand's " H-Balm Daily" (less concentrated/milder formula) and it really helps my cold sores. Don't hesitate to try this product. I order essential oils online frequently, and it's rare that the bottles leak.

This product is awesome. At the first sign of a breakout, ie. tingles in my legs, usually at bedtime, I put this on the soles of my feet a couple times a day for a coupe of days and that generally prevents a breakout. Occasionally I will need to also apply to my hips, which strangely enough seems to be source of the tingles/shivers that shoot down my legs, and that more often than not provides relief and prevents a breakout. I also supplement with Lysine. I highly recommend this product. Only con is that it kind of smells.

I've been using this product for years and it never fails to lessen the healing time with outbreaks. I generally ise a Qtip to dispense the product. By applying the tip to the opening of the bottle with a small amount of pressure, it dispenses quite easily. ( as a few have stated otherwise) I will never use any other product.
