Does it work directly with iPhone?

No, the HRM-S handheld mic only has a 3.5mm TRRS cable. If you want to use it on an iPhone, you need to use the ORIGINAL 3.5mm TRRS to Lightning adapter purchased from APPLE Official Website.（Note: Lightning adapter cable needs to have OTG function.）

Does this microphone work well when recording or video shooting with a smartphone?

For Android smartphones, the microphone works well in Audio Mode; In Video Mode, we suggest you to try a 3rd party's video APP (Except Android 13); For IOS system (iPhone), the mic works well either in Audio or Video mode.

Does it work directly with camera?

It cannot be directly connected. An adapter cable is required. If your camera is a TRS interface, you will prepare a TRRS to TRS audio adapter.
