Q: Who is the SilentZPro NOT suitable for?

The SilentZPro should not be used by people who have: loose/sore/painful teeth, dentures, dental implants, temporomandibular joint disorder, braces, any dental condition including sore gums/oral infections. User should also be above 18 years old.

Q: What should I be careful of when setting up the SilentZPro?

Be sure to mold the mouthpiece first and avoid leaving it in the hot water too long. When adjusting, make sure to push/wiggle apart and bend the bottom piece down before re-attaching. Reach out to us directly if you have any problems.

Q: How does the SilentZPro work? How long does it take to get used to?

Snoring happens because our throats relax at night blocking our airway. The SilentZPro fixes this by keeping your jaw forward at night and thus keeping your airways free. Mouthpieces can take up to 3-4 weeks to adjust to wearing at night.

Q: What should I be careful of when I use the SilentZPro? How do I clean the SilentZPro?

When sleeping with the SilentZPro, relax your jaw and have a glass of water near the bed if your mouth becomes dry. Cleaning can be done simply by brushing with a toothbrush and toothpaste lightly or leaving in a glass of diluted mouthwash.
