I did a LOT of research in protein supplements before buying this. My 23 yo son uses it for working out, but I have an autoimmune disease (IBD type) which makes nutritional absorption difficult. After the last stay in hospital, the docs recommended a protein supplement (verbatim: your amino acids are a mess!)I chose AllMax because of the way the whey protein is processed. They call it CTP microfiltration-- cold temperature processed. Apparently, this yields a more bio-available form of protein, which is important for my health needs.I'm happy with is for a number of reasons.1. PURITY- This is all whey powder...no fillers, sugars, flavors, etc. (you can always add those yourself!)2. POTENCY- The highest number grams of protein I could find.3. "MIXABILITY"- Drop a full scoop into 8oz. of orange juice, shake for 20 seconds, and voila! There's a bit of foam at the top, but wait 5 minutes and it dissipates.4. TASTE- Or rather, the lack thereof. Naturally, there will never be a "completely unadulterated" way to adulterate a liquid, but this stuff comes really close. I mix it with organic milk or orange juice; my son Juicy Juice (to which I give a personal ick!) Another reviewer suggested oatmeal, and though I'm not naturally inventive, that's got me thinking of other ways, too. What a great way to have both protein and fiber without eating more.Throw in Amazon's terrific shipping and customer service and I can't imagine being more satisfied. Oh, and BTW, the doc's confirm via bloodwork that the protein powder is raising the levels of amino acids very nicely. I've never been a big meat eater, and don't typically feel like eating much now at all, so I'm thrilled to be able to take care of a day's nutritional protein intake with a couple of cups of juice.{Caveat: one must be careful to not have excessive protein intake, as this can be as dangerous as too little. If you DO eat a lot of meat, be careful. It can aggravate, or even cause, kidney and liver problems.}Isonatural does cost a bit more, but I believe it's worth it. I simply cannot imagine anyone being unhappy with it. Á santé!

I have been using this product for a while and save a good amount of $ purchasing it from Amazon instead of in-store.I love how clean it is, and the amounts of BCAA's. I mix it with 1/2 cup Almond milk, 1 cup water, 1/2 Tbsp 100% Dutch cocoa, raw stevia, and cinnamon. It's a great snack, or addition to any meal, and recovers me great after my strength training sessions. My only dislike is the packaging; it is too bulky and wasteful for my preferences. I remove it from the container and place it in my own air tight , more efficient container. I like how thorough and easy to read that the label is, and how short the ingredient list is. It isn't always available in the unflavored option when I need it however, in that case, I use the vanilla flavor in the same product.

I'm pregnant so I had to stop using the regular protein and search for something with no Sucralose. So happy to have found this great product on Amazon! This is my third time ordering as I make a shake with this protein every morning. I can't really speak to the taste because I blend it with a lot of other ingredients, but I will say that I've never gotten a bad taste from it or even thought I could taste it in my shakes. It healthy, all natural and without all those chemical ingredients, so what's not to love?!?!? This giant bottle usually lasts me about 2 months using one scoop every morning. It keeps me full for up to 4-5 hours each day.Here is my shake recipe: 1 scoop protein powder, almond milk, coconut oil, peanut butter, choc syrup, flax seed meal, 1 frozen banana, 5 ice cubes and I blend using a Blendtech total blender. Delicious breakfast!
