Worked
I had extreme pain in the inside of elbow. The pain was about a ten on my pain scale, and I am pretty tough, my pain threshold is pretty high. No matter how I moved or didn’t move it hurt. So I needed a solution for Golfers Elbow, as I didn’t want to go on steroids. So I found this elbow brace, and it WORKED LIKE A MIRACLE. I’ve been pain free for weeks now. Watch the video on how to position the brace. It seriously works.

Does the job
Works okay but the plastic loop for the band turns sideways while I'm lifting causing me to have to adjust it constantly.

Works great once you get it in the right place
Took me about a week to figure out exactly the right place to wear it, but then my elbow pain went away completely. The included instructions were definitely helpful with figuring out wherev to wear it, though it's probably impossible to give perfect directions because different injuries probably require slightly different placement.

who is brilliant, says there is a school of thought which ...
I pulled tendons in both elbows and both wrists, by shoveling and hauling planting mix too enthusiastically. Since I am 85, I have to realize that my muscles are stronger than the tendons which connect them to the bones. My occupational therapist, who is brilliant, says there is a school of thought which believes that this ailment, called epicondylitis, will remain irritating for up to two years no matter what one does about it. I have also read that one can keep on playing tennis while the "tennis elbow" version heals. So it seems to be the case that one can gently care for the injury, but continue to be active. In my case all but one of the eight attachment points which were irritated have pretty much resolved - with ice, stretching, and moderation. The remaining golfer's elbow (i.e. medial epicondylitis) is still very tender, and this strap has been a godsend, since it puts precise pressure on the attachment point when one actuates the muscle. It seems that in the myriad instances where I use this arm around the house it is supportive. I find that it is soothing to wear, and that I crave putting it on. It works fine over a long shirt sleeve, as one can move it around during the day as positions change. When I do more active things, such as holding a pruning chainsaw, I tighten the belt, and then make sure to ice afterwards. I think over time this injury will heal as well.I have also used the Serola sacro belt, and I can't say enough about the precision and intelligence that goes into their products.
