I purchased this to assist my posture. I work at a computer all day and wanted extra support for my core and to help keep my shoulders back in a proper position. This has added the support I needed and is a constant reminder throughout the day to focus on my posture. I felt the benefits on day one.

This product was for my husband. He gain a little of weight and he was frustrated with his belly. He was looking for a really tight undershirt and this is the ONE. He is so happy with the tank that he is buying more colors. Regarding the size just compare yourself to the size chart and you gonna be just fine.

Great product did exactly how I figured it would , definitely would get another I feel more confident going out now.
