Had lots of issues with the pc being slow and crashing however it still works after a couple months however I would'nt recommend it due to frequent crashes in games specifically that require low graphics etc aswell

Good value if you want a computer for less than 3 years.

I bought this for my son for Christmas not being tech savvy at all but however doing hours of research before purchase. I’ve got to say what’s good buy I have done. Son loves it and all it’s singing and dancing lights. It’s pretty fast and great for gaming my son wants to do - minecraft/ fortnite/ roblox. The only think it doesn’t have us a cd drive but a very able member ofMy family was able to work around this and managed to put Microsoft on through an external hardrive.I didn’t buy the full package and chose to buy screen, mouse, keyboard separately and got some fab deals which matched the pc very through amazon.I would say it was okay to set up- I did need a little help as there’s no instructions that come with it which I think are needed when setting the WiFi bit up - 2 antennas that screw into the bk.customer service was also great when I called several times regarding the free game. Very helpful!Would certainly recommend.

This pc never really worked from the get go.Within a few days windows corrupted within the harddrive. Customer services were quick to help. However the this was only the beginning. We have now returned the pc and are looking to buy a new one. I will say this however, the customer service team are brilliant. They are worth 5 stars. Its the actual product thats terrible!

Got this for my son to replace his gaming laptop and he is over the moon with it
