Can you use it on legs if has pimples ?

Yes you can use it on your legs if it has pimples. Don't expect it to sud though, and it takes time to work. I normally apply it to my body before I take a shower like a sugar scrub

Is this safe to use on the face?

It’s pretty gentle. It’s probably like using a lotion moisturizer on your face.

Can you use this "down there"?

It contains salicylic acid, absolutely NOT! However, you can use it ~around~ “down there” (the areas where hair follicles are present), just be extremely careful not to get it anywhere that you wouldn’t run a razor across. Hope all these innuendos helped answer your question! Lol.
