I purchased this for my 70 year old mother, she’s been using it for a week now and it’s helped her tremendously. It helps her keep a better posture which alleviates back pain, and other issues.

WOW..First of all it never came with the hot/cold pack as advertised. That was resolved the first day I got it, the company is sending me one. Kudos for the customer service. I have had chronic back pain for years since losing one of my legs, I have Spondylosis as well . I have bought many, many back braces and all were too uncomfortable and just never took the pain away. This back brace allows me to stand and walk for long periods of time. I take out the inserts, finding it more comfortable and still get the support I need to alleviate my pain. Yes it costs more, but well worth the money in my opinion. I probably paid more than the cost of this brace for all the other braces that never worked to alleviate pain and were uncomfortable. The downside for a female is that you have to take the brace off when using the restroom. To me, a minor inconvenience. For someone with severe chronic back pain, I would suggest trying this one. If it doesn't work for you, you can return it. Never hurts to try. The Amazon rep called the company and got them to send me the hot/cold insert bag that was missing from my order, so the customer service was absolutely wonderful from Amazon and the company that sells the brace. Very Happy customer.

34 days ago I could barely walk with the pain in my lower back and shooting down my right buttocks and leg. I was skeptical about rolling the dice and spending so much on a device I wasn’t sure would work. But I came up with a winner. It is a slight bit cumbersome, but I put it on and the stabilization of my lumbar was immediate. The next day I flew from the western US to Europe. A 12-hour flight - and NO PAIN the entire time. The contraption forces your spine into the correct position and doesn’t let it ever slump into to incorrect curvature. I have worn it now every day for over a month and my bulge is 75% gone and reducing every day. With it on I felt confident to return to the gym. I’m working slowly but it gives the support I need to exercise in a limited way as I rehab. I would not have written this review brace not have been a complete game changer. It is a lifesaver.

I was losing ground in terms of my ability to do things because of the pain in my back. This brace has given me the opportunity to regain that ground. It is a serious brace and by that I mean it is rigid and somewhat cumbersome and a bit difficult to put on but definitely worth all of the above. It does ride up a bit which is a problem I think but I have taken the straps and connected them between my legs. Sometimes they come undone but for the most part they stay in place and keep the brace in place as well. It's worth every penny
