I am very satisfied with this holster, the pistol fits snug into it, no movement once inside the holster. Money well spent if you are looking to purchase a holster.

I ordered this holster for my Ruger Mark IV Tactical. The pistol fit into the holster fine, but it never felt like it really fit securely. I could almost feel that it would just fall out if I sat or squatted. Tightening the screws would clamp it down, but I could feel the sides scraping against the holster and distorting the seating of the top pic rail. Additionally, the barrel of the Mark IV Tactical is shorter (4.4") than what the holster can accommodate, which puts it's center of gravity further towards the back, making it more prone to tipping backwards if you leave any slop in the pressure of the holster. I have a Hogue 79060 Rubber Grip and it did not interfere with seating the pistol. I did find the high rise to be a bit high for my liking - primarily because the center of gravity felt even more out of whack that high. I did not feel comfortable stepping or lunging my right foot forward; it felt like the weapon would just fall out (this didn't happen, it was just how I felt. I returned this holster and am going to try the low rise version. Even if I have to modify the holster, I think it's going to be an improvement. If I owned a suppressor, then maybe I'd feel differently (the weight and length would be quite different). Ultimately, I decided the holster wasn't for me. But if you have something that puts a little more meat in the front of your Ruger MK IV tactical, it might work for you.

Works fine, fits well. A simple and convenient way to carry a .22LR Ruger MK III pistol with a Pistol Mounted Red Dot Optic Sight. Recommended.

Great holster. Makes plinking more fun. Thoughtful design with open top, so it will accommodate a reflex sight, reddot, or scope, etc.

Well designed, well constructed, and a perfect fit for the intended pistol. Seems reasonably sturdy, although it has not been tested in actual use yet.

Purchased this holster for my Ruger 22/45 Lite, after reading positive reviews. It was attractive, as it is ambidextrous & I'm a lefty. Holster was much bulkier & more heavy than I expected. It was fairly easy to switch it from right to left hand configuration. However, the holster was a couple inches longer than needed, it left a lot of the gun exposed & the tension adjustment proved problematic (when it was loosened enough to permit an easy draw the screws remained loose. I found an Uncle Mike's Law Enforcement #30 (54302) Kydex holster for half the price that works much better. (It's designed for an H&K USP.) It comes in left or right hand versions, but is not ambidextrous. It also has much handier paddle attachment option.

Arrived from USA (to Canada) two weeks ahead of the projected delivery date. Product is perfect for my needs and is "as advertised".

Die Ruger Mark (X) Serie ist keine natürliche Selbstverteidigungswaffe, wozu dann der Holster? Ich will sie nicht gerne rumliegen lassen und immer in die Hülle und dann in den Rucksack ist umständlich.Lieferung war länglich, aber das lag wohl vor allem an einem etwas überforderten Zollamt. Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer waren schon vom Lieferanten geregelt.Bin zufrieden.

Was surprised by great quality and its price. Highly recommend for EU, much cheaper than here.

Meine Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite passt super in dieses Holster, allerdings ist es sehr straff. Ich denke nach einer gewissen Trainingszeit, werden vermutlich Riefen auf der Waffe erkennbar sein.
