Hella Headlight Bulb Angel Eyes

Exactly As Shown - Quick Shipping, Good Product
Purchased two lights as both of the angel eyes were out on my 2005 BMW X5. I had an error that said Check Side Lights. I tried to replace the side markers (amber lights that come on when you turn on the directional), but those were working. I went onto YouTube and found out that the Check Side Light Error can be for the Angel Eye bulbs. Once I found these lights, I was easily able to make the switch in 5 minutes. The cover for these lights is a simply plastic tab that pushes down, opening up the area to disconnect the wire and twist the light at the base. There are 3 tabs that fit into 3 slots (slightly different configuration, so you have to put the tabs into the slots and then twist the base a little (less than a quarter of a turn) for the bulb to be locked in. Once the bulb is in, push the wire back in and pop on the cover. In my case...repeat on the other side and in 10 minutes (from someone with very basic mechanical skills) and no tools - my Check Side Light error is gone!!! That cover thing that ships with it - not needed for my X5 - the note on the package says it is for the 7 Series only. Thank you for quick shipping and a quality product.

Easy install, OEM bulb, matches other bulb perfectly
These came in so fast! I ordered the 2 day shipping, they were tracking to arrive by 8PM, and they actually arrived at 8 am, which was wonderful because it allowed me to quickly install them and get on with my day.I have a 2004 BMW 545i. These are the OEM replacement for the angel eye bulb. This is the bulb that BMW uses stock in the car. It's much better than the cheapo replacements you see floating around, and it is a direct fit. This bulb will fix both of your angel eye running lights to the stock yellowish/amber color. The cap that comes with it isn't needed for my model of car.It was very easy to install. The headlight had 4 torx bit screws to take out, and a black plastic cap on the back that unscrews. Pop out the hi-beam light, and underneath that is the angel eye bulb. If you have small hands the angel eye bulb will easily twist out. From there it's plug and play. You can also take the entire headlight assembly out with some wiggling if you need more space.I am very happy with this bulb, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Great light, tough location to reach!
Exact replacement for the one that died, and looks the same as the other side. Royal pain to get to. Unless you have baby sized hands. I covered a long reach tool with rubber tubing to reach the light. It worked, but took a lot of trial and error.

but I recommend buying two of them and be done with it ...
Exact match to the ones in my 2006 BMW X5 3.0i E53. They're a bit of a pain to line up and rotate into place, but it only took a minute. They're not cheap, but I recommend buying two of them and be done with it (the item is for just one bulb) rather than having to go back and do it again in a few months.

Perfect for for my 2007 BMW 530 XI
Perfect for for my 2007 BMW 530 XI. You really do not need to take the whole light out. Unscrew the back cap to the light. Remove the first light with your hand - pretty easy twist off. This bulb is further down and is also a twist off but you need a long needle nose pliers and that's how I removed it.
