Because of the tips I got from the seller. I am happy to say that the device works great and charges my phone with no issues

in general it works very well, but after i switched to the iPhone XS Max, it doesn't fit anymore

I was unaware that this cordless charger could only be used on Android phones. I own a Motorola Zforce which doesn't gather a charge. The mount is working but doesn't grip the phone well enough to hold it in place. I would like to return it but don't want to be without something to hold my phone while driving.

Cheap plastic and doesn't hold the phone correctly. The phone sits in loosely and adding a case makes it too tight. Very awkward design

Charged okay. But the suction cup has a gummy coating that failed in the car during a hot summer day. The ball joint swivel also became loose. Lasted less than a year. Find another brand.

And I absolutely love the versatility of this product. For $10 you can not get a better cell phone holder. I liked it so much I actually bought for more.

It's a convenient devise but charging takes longer than I anticipated. I'm pleased with the charger however. No problems.
