Good product at a great price point
I bought mine shortly after trying 3-gun. I took a price-conscious approach and bought the 12S4 shell holder. I have been practicing with mine regularly since it arrived. It is easy to load with shells, holds the shells securely (at least in a practice environment), allows for easy removal of the shells in the proper position for quad loading and generally works well for its intended purpose. It does not have the niceties you will find on the more expensive shell holders. It does not have tabs or index devices to let you precisely place the shells to within the same 1mm location every single time you load it. It does not need them. It lets you place the shells closely enough, consistently enough that it works and works well. This product is a barebones quad-loading shell holder at a very reasonable price. If you are unsure about what gear you want or how seriously you want to get into competition shooting, this is the ideal shell holder. It has everything you need and nothing you don't, it comes in at a reasonable price point leaving you with more money for ammo and other vital gear and it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Fast and reliable
Put it on a blade teck teck lock. Works great. Good shell retention but easy release.Edit: been using these for about 3 years now and have several of this size and other sizes. No complaints

If your unsure, choose this one. Don't forget a tek-lock.
I took this to the 2017 Zombies in the Heartland match and came in 3rd in Amateur division. I run a versamax that benny hill at triangle shooting sports did his package on, holds 10+1+1ghost loaded. Quad loading is smooth and by far the fastest technique for tac-ops shooters. I've tried aloof of different shell caddies and load techniques including other taccom products. Honestly I like the sport series the best, both because of the price, and because of the retention and ease of use. They are simple and they work! Obviously they are a cheaper product, and the only reason I didn't give five stars is because I haven't had them long enough to gauge their longevity. I don't know if these things are only going to last one season or five seasons. But for the money, they work. I attach mine with tech locks to my CR speed belt. Its great being able to add and remove them from your belt as stages demand. I've seen a lot of other shooters using ELS clips, and I may be venturing to that system later.I reload strong hand, strong and weak side quad loading. I twin load weak hand on strong side. Anyway the 12S4 seems to provide enough shells for most stages. Put it on the strong side in front of my pistol at a slight angle for my right hand to get to. For additional shells I had plenty of room for a 8S4 in the center of my belt.

So far it seems like an excellent product
Just received thus a few days ago and I am thoroughly impressed.Very solid construction, multiple attachment points, holds shells very securely. The quad-loading technique is new to me so it's going to take some, (alot!), of practice. Already though, I am faster loading with this holder than I was with my old Tactical Tailor elastic loop shell holder, (read: grab one shell at a time the old way).So far it seems like an excellent product. Will update this review if I experience any issues over time.

The quad load is Far too tight.

Great as long as you don't have huge hands.
I want to start by saying that I have a ton of Taccom products, and I am a big fan of the company and the products they produce. However, this quad load setup was not the best choice for me. Dozens of shooters that I have squadded up with over the years have had great results with these quad caddies, but they are a bit too narrow for me to get a consistent grab. We all know the grab and strip of the shells is paramount to a good quad load. No matter how much I practiced, I just couldn't get a good grab, and I soon realized that it was because the channel between the two arms that hold the shells is narrower than my fingers and palm. I should state that I have very large hands. I work in healthcare, and I have to wear XL nitrile gloves, and they are still very tight on me. I wear a 9.5 in sterile gloves, which is nearly impossible to find in the hospital. My hand is about 4.6" wide across the proximal knuckles. If you have very large hands like I do, these may not work well for you. I found the Invictus Practical quad caddies to work better for my hands. If you just have slightlyu large hands, these will work great for you. I can also say that I can grab two from this caddy without any problems, so I run it as a backup on shotgun only stages when it is pouring rain and is very cold, and I may not feel comfortable quad loading with cold, wet (and possibly muddy) hands.

Solid feel, good price.
Easy to grab, easy to load. Good value, but you need a mount to attach it to your belt. The Comp-Tac PLM or Blade tec mounts will work great.

So good I ordered a second one for the right side!
This shell carrier really holds the rounds when moving. Love that you can wear it vertical versus the old way of shells pointed down. I also love that it takes the Blade Tech Teck-Lok. I ran this in the first match this weekend and it worked perfectly. I have already ordered a second one!!!
