Marvel's Daredevil Seasons 1 & 2 [Blu-ray] Complete Netflix Series

I agree with reviewer LordSwagCheese's take. I too am a Daredevil fan and find the show to be a modern masterpiece. (It is a tragedy that was cancelled by Netflix.) My blu-ray sets were likewise damaged. Some of the case centerpieces that hold the discs in place, were broken as was part of one case. My sense though is that this was not due to shipping but was possibly damaged in the wearhouse or the third party seller from which they were acquired. I am not sure that having both blu-ray cases taped and bound so tightly together helped in this case either. Thus, I am returning the items and will order them again individually. Concerning the blu-ray sets themselves, I would like to note that they do not come with any extras. There are no commentaries or other kind of bonus featurettes on them, which is a shame.

Daredevil was done extremely well on Netflix. This set represents seasons 1 and 2. The packaged set is really the individual sets taped together. The set appears to be either from Britain or Canada (not sure) as opposed to US. But I had no issues playing them. I use a one year old Sony Blu Ray player and they played fine for me. The only negative I have is pretty expensive for 13 episodes per season. But this set is much cheaper than the US version. If you like Daredevil or comic book heroes, this is the series to get.

Hell, it may be the best damn Comic book show ever created. Oh, and the Blu-Rays are nice tooz

The absolute best of the marvel shows. Dark gritty action with great choreography. The writing, casting, directing, and acting are all on point. Great cinematography as well. So much better than all of the new Disney crap.

Hands down the best thing to ever come out of Netflix. I can't wait for the 3rd & final season of Daredevil to come out. It's totally inspired by Frank Miller's run on Daredevil (the best version of the character). As a practicing Catholic of the Latin Rite AND a comic book reader: I approve of this series.

If you are planning to run the disc on your computer it is protected with something AACS. Look up how to get around that in order to play it on your computer
