These patches are incredibly simple to use – just stick one on your skin and you're set for the day. As someone who dislikes swallowing pills and has experienced side effects from traditional iron supplements, these patches are a fantastic alternative. I also appreciate that they seem to be a more natural option, which makes me feel good about what my body is absorbing. Even after just a few days, I've noticed a slight improvement in my energy, and my sleep has improved. I recommend giving them a shot!

These work great. The only complaint (and reason for 4 stars) is that it gets itchy after a little while. I’ve started wearing them at night though, and that seems to fix the issue.

Ths item was order December 30 and delivery on January 3. I received this item wet damage. Because of this item being wet it will not stick to the skin. This item was damaged wear it was packed, because this was the only item in the box wet. Not sure why this item can't be return.

Not sure how much iron I’m actually absorbing but the patches themselves are crap. They don’t adhere to skin well at all. I even shaved my super light lady hair on my shoulder and they still fall off after an hour or so.
