Great! I’ve been seeing vibration plates all over my feed and wanted to try one that isn’t too expensive but does the job well. This was easy to setup, lightweight and I do it every morning. I feel better after, I feel like I have more energy I was concerned about it being flimsy but it’s not! It’s super sturdy (I am 220lbs 5’7 for reference) I don’t have any pain so I cannot comment on that but I like the sensation of waking up my body and I can feel the blood flowing better. Definitely worth every penny!

Nice, quality vibration plate. I’ve used many and this one is great! Stable, nice width and depth. Slip resistant, helpful foot placement and pressure point. The price is good overall as we use this often and it is holding up well! I have recommended it to family and friends They have now also purchased and like it. I bought this during Black Friday sales, finally got a chance to use it. I was a bit nervous about the vibration, I broke and compound fractured my right ankle 3 years ago and have 11 screws, a 4" plate and 2.5" pin holding me together. I wanted something that would not hurt while vibrating. This little guy is easy on the jiggles! I've only used it three times so far, but so far so good. It does not hurt at all, in fact you hardly feel the vibration, it's just wiggling and jiggling ... hoping to see some improvement on the lymph nodes in my ankle that have been puffy since I broke it. I feel a difference after I have been on it though, not a bad difference either. The bluetooth connects well with my iPhone, but I watch TV while I'm working out, so for me that's not important! I'm still figuring out the programs that it comes with. The instructions could use some help in explaining the programs, a little vague in description. Leaving one star off because the remote doesn't work ... I changed batteries, nothing, nada, just a piece of plastic you can carry around. I was really hoping the remote would cooperate. I did read the reviews on this and there were many saying the same thing. All in all, it's a fairly heavy machine, sturdy and wide enough to not loose your balance standing on it. It does not crawl either, you put it down, start it and it stays put. It does have suction cup type things on the bottom to help keep it in place. My workout room does have a indoor/outdoor carpet on concrete. I will update on the lymphatic drainage as things go forward. You see many videos of the machines getting unpacked and what they look like ... figured someone might like to see how it jiggles. :-)

Very sturdy. Easy to assemble, as you essentially just pull it out of the box, plug it in, and attach the cables to use all of its features. There are lots of different settings to choose from to help with increased mobility, decreased pain, and overall lymph drainage. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in trying out a vibration plate machine!
