They add difficulty, boosting bicep pump for extra gains. Only downside: can be slippery with heavier weights if not held perfectly. Still, highly reliable for intensified workouts. A solid accessory for your gym bag!

I love these things
These things blow up your forearms. The only thing I have an issue with is that after using it a few times they don't close naturally when installed on a dumbell. You actually have to give it an extra squeeze to keep it tight which I guess works the forearms even more. Not sure if this was done purposely or not

No slipping, not too big
The media could not be loaded. Hey y’all just got these and anyone saying these are too big either has little girl hands or doesn’t understand that they’re supposed to be FAT grips. No slipping either, boutta try them at 24 Hour Fitness I’ll let you know how they perform!Edit: they worked great at 24 hour fitness but damn had to drop like 10 pounds these kill my forearms💪
