These are smaller in length than any others when folded. They fit in a small rucksack, the breast pocket of a berghaus jacket and the pocket of a Burberry raincoat. Very simple and easy to assemble from folded and a velcro strap provided to secure when folded. Fully adjustable and very robust. I very happily strongly recommend these poles to people looking for compact, robust and easily deployable poles. I have found no negative aspects in over 2 months of use in town and country.

Took me a while to find this metal button, you have to pull quite strongly to find it and lock and then...oh wonder, it works really well. Excellent design.

Have just receive the poles. They look great and are fantastically compact BUT, although I have quite a practical mind, I cannot work out how to lock them once you have unfolded them.Once I know my rating will jump to 5 Star.Help....

I like these poles. I find walking poles a good experience because they push the shoulders back, open up the rib cage and straighten the posture which basically gives a better walking experience. These poles are good poles.
