Poor quality and no customer service at all
Don't waste your money on this instrument or this company. Cheap and low quality musical instrument company.My baritone came with a broken value. I tried contacting the company for a replacement multiple times with no response. The "lifetime" warrantee is a joke. Since there is no way of contacting them, what good is a warrantee? How can I return the instrument? I left multiple messages by phone and email with no responses at all. I am not sure if this is a real company.

Adequate. Good for new players.
I apparently didn’t pay attention in the purchasing process and didn’t realize that this horn has only a 9-in bell. So its sound isn’t as rich as I would prefer, but, for the money, it’s a great practice horn. It tends to play sharp, and the mouthpiece is oddly placed. Yet, again, for the price, it is satisfactory.
