This is a really nice battery case. While it has a small form factor, it has the ability to charge the iPhone X when you aren’t near a wall plug.Pro’s:- Thin. This is the same thickness of my other protective case, only this one is a backup battery.- This charges your phone from 16% to 100% with no problems. (While not plugged into the wall)- There is no “chin” extension. Therefore, the length is only slightly longer than the actual phone. About the same as any other regular case.- You can use your lightning earbuds. Or your regular earbuds with the lightning adapter. The sound is just as good as always.- Major Plus...This really does allow you to sync with iTunes!Con’s:- The power button to turn on the phone is very difficult to use. I think it is because of its location. You have to press down really hard for at least 10 seconds to start charging the phone. You have to do the same to stop charging.- While the back is very pretty, it is a fingerprint magnet.- The description of the Blue version of this stated there was a metal plate for attaching to a magnetic mount. I ordered the Black one, and expected the same build. This will not attach to ANY magnets that I have.- When plugging into the wall, this is supposed to fully charge the phone first, then charge the case. It only charged my phone to 80%, and then charged the case completely.Matter of Preference:- The lightning port is at the top of the case instead of the bottom. This is convenient when you are sitting and using your phone, or while using the headphones. However, it is not very convenient when charging in the car mount. You have to make sure you have a long enough cable to reach the top.- This case doubles the weight of your iPhone. It is a battery, after all.You will have to decide what you are looking to accomplish. This case is very nice looking, and will provide you with lots of additional battery life, without adding any substantial size. Since the iPhone X has the best battery life in iPhone history, this may be enough to get you through to the end of the day.I inquired about the power button issue, and they stated they were aware of the problem. I like this case better than my last $80 case. Charges the battery just as fast and I like the lightweight thin structure of the case itself. Highly recommend!

Don’t bother with the case if you want to use maps or make calls because the case blocks the signals so the GPS and cellular doesn’t work properly

I have tried several battery cases from 6000mAh (way too bulky) all the way to 3200 and finally found this case best fit to my needs for daily use. It is good touch hold and slim enough to fit in my pocket and my car phone holder because of its flat back design (the others has round shape). The quality is good, hard plastic at corners. It is able to charge my iPhone X fully one time. Feeling great to hold while playing games. Recommend it. Hopefully this case lasts longer than a year. We will see.

Worked perfect for a month. Literally stopped working after that. So weird, it was working perfectly and then it just stopped charging. Never dropped and never got water on it. It’s just quit working one day.
