Get a size larger than you think you need
I am 6 feet tall and 170 pounds. I started with an XL and I ended up having to get the XXL size as these seem to run small.

It easy to put on,nice looking,short sleeves are a big plus to help arms moving around. I do not need to buy an extra trunks to put on,another nice feature. . I have been wearing for2 weeks,swimming in my 60 Fahrenheit pool. I highly recommend this wet suit.
