We are 3 months in to the school year and she said it's still good no rips or zipper problems as of now we will see later on. The item is exactly like the picture.

It is cute and durable. Had held up for about 3 semesters, so far so good. Plenty of room and storage places, chose this brand because other similar floral patterns didn't have a designated place for a laptop.

This was great for school books, they don’t get crushed at the corners. I have added reflective strips to make it safer for use at night but generally really pleased with it.

Plenty of room in this backpack ... not too heavy or bulky .. very stylish!

I'm a college student, and in the photos, this bag looked beautiful and large. However, it is extremely small (especially the straps, which are very thin) and poorly made. I do not need to even carry much stuff (just a 13 inch laptop) however, even then, this is not appropriate for anybody who is not an elementary school student. The product itself was also poorly made and cheap looking. I would not recommend it.

Ça va faire 1 an que ma fille l'utilise pour aller au collège tous les jours et même quand il est chargé à mort (lourd) elle n'a pas mal aux épaules (bien rembourré) ne s'est pas encore abîmé ni trou ni décousu. Jolie couleur, très bien pour le collège
