Thanks for your question. 1 scoop provides the sweetness of 1 tsp of sugar. There are 48 tsp of sugar in a cup, so you would need 48 scoops to replicate the sweetness of 1 cup of sugar. There are roughly 7 cups worth of sugar sweetness in one bag. If you are using this for baking you will need to add erythritol for bulk since there will a lot less volume of monk fruit compared to sugar. If using to sweeten beverages you will not need to add any bulk. Hope this helps.

It is 100%, so it tastes like monk fruit concentrate powder. Nothing like stevia or erythritol. It is more potent than the liquid drops form, IMO.

1-2 of the provided "scoop" is sufficient to sweeten a cup of coffee. A level scoop is about . 3g. Perhaps the other brand is not 100%? Or their tastebuds dictate a different serving?
