Awesome stuff. Truly works. My Sjogren’s severe dry eyes became moist in less than 24 hours after I started taking. I take maximum dose of 6 capsules per day. I had made an appointment at best eye hospital in US, Bascom Palmer institute, several weeks earlier because my eyes were getting so bad. After starting this stuff on rec from my endocrinologist, I saw the eye docs & I was their first patient to have used it...they were super impressed. I was producing 1 type of tears like a 25 year old (I’m 55), and the other above average & well above expected for an autoimmune disorder that attack’s your lacrimal glands. It also helps your gut, skin, etc. Not cheap to take 6 a day but worth every penny!!!

I first bought this from my doc, and it worked so well, I bought from Amazon. BioTears, which was fantastic for dry eyes, sadly went out of business. I think the ophthalmologist founder died. Anyways, my doc said she found this to be a great replacement. I use 2 a day, and it works as well as BioTears used to. I think it is also helping my skin (melasma...I read this ingredient helps it). My doc always researches diligently everything she sells or recommends...this really works for dry eyes, and I would surmise, for the health of all our other mucous membranes.

My OBGYN suggested I try this product to help with my tearing issues I was experiencing in my private area from intercourse. This has become an issue for me after menopause.Since I’ve been taking a daily dose I have not had any issues. This product has really made a big difference for me.

My eyes feel less dry, so this product appears to work. I will continue using it to see if improvement continues.

This supplement seems to be a good one.

Not just Omega 7 but contain Omega 6 also which I have read can be carcinogenic. I no longer use this brand.

These not only have major health benefits, but also help with skin appearance.
