Good taste
This bag was all melted into one be blob. Tasted good, but since it was overnighted to me, expected it to be in better shape.

This is great chocolate. It's easy to work with. Melts evenly. When set, it is shiny and snaps when you bite it. It tastes great too!

Very smooth and creamy
This is very good melting chocolate. I used for making hazelnut clusters. They melt evenly and firms up quickly. The only comment I have is that they came half melted from the heat. Not a manufacturer problem more with the shipping and handling.

Melted chocolate
My first order was perfect. Chocolate chips were good. My second order was all melted when it was delivered. I gave benefit of a doubt and tried again. I figured it was a one off. My third order looks like the second order. It came all melted. You will have to break it apart to you.
