I don't see a question. I did not buy the books with Ashlyn, just the doll.

What is the different between the 2021 version vs the older version?

We had an older version, and it seem to have a flawed joint at hip-leg. It broke soon after purchased. I found many other people were experiencing the same break. Because I hadn’t purchased it directly from American girl, in a phone conversation, they said they were not going to replace it. I decided to pay and send it in as a hospital doll repair. They decided at that point to send a new doll. Welliewishers newer doll his now good!. It should be okay to purchase now.

Beautiful Doll

Ashlyn was my daughters favorite Christmas gift this year. AG dolls are by far the best quality. She has so much fun dressing her up and playing tea party with her. We bought her some other accessories from the AG sisters line and they fit perfectly. She is the perfect size and her hair is so incredibly soft.

Love this doll, exactly as described.

My 8 year old daughter got it for her birthday. It is perfect for her age and she loves it so so much. The quality of the Wellie wisher dolls is perfect, and this is her third doll from the line. She started at 6 years old getting them for her birthday and has loved playing with them ever since. These are the 14.5 inch dolls so they will need clothes of that size. There are some good options on Amazon for clothes. Great purchase and the value is perfect for the cost.
