Q: When is the expiry date? How long can I keep the products?

Purchased december 2022. Best before date on box and pouches 04/10/2024.

Q: we need a refund for our last order which was not delivered?? received an email to say it was not delivered as packaging damaged and to contact you

CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT TAKING ANY CALLS! HAVE HAD ON-LINE CHAT ONLY, I HAVE HAD REALLY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OF TEO PACKGES 22KG EACH. Amazon DELIVERED BUT WOULD NOT COLLECT!!? (STILL DELIVERING) I HAD TO RETURN @ COTS TO MYSELF OF £84.96. ELECTRIC W'CHAIR USER, HAD NO ACCESS TO KITCHEN OR GARDEN PAST MONTH CARERS UNABLE LEAVE EVENING MEAL DUE TO WEATHER. Amazon SAY THEY REFUND RETURN COST!? HUMILIATING, DEPRESSING. I've BEEN PRIME CUST OVER 7YR SPENT THOUSANDS N THOUSANDS BEING HOUSEBOUND. I AM GOING TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT FURTHER, THEIR CS TEAM ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NO CONTINUITY. NEVER KNOWN TREATMENT LIKE IT IN MY LIFE! TAKEN ME OVER THREE WEEKS DEALING WITH THEM, I HAVE CARERS 3X DAY, & NO HOT MEAL OR THE LIKE AS ONCE THEY LEAVE, I CANNOT GAIN ENTRY TO KITCHEN TO HEAT MEAL THEY WOULD PREPARE. SO SANDWHICH LEFT, AND LTD TO JAM OR PEANUT BUTTER BECAUSE OF WEATHER AND SPOILING. SO I BID YOU GOOD LUCK I HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED MY CAT FOOD IN AMAZON BOXES.

Q: Anyone know if the price at £40 is the new price or will it be going back to £27 as £13 is a huge jump.

Haven’t bought it this month so didn’t no it had gone up so much. Will leave it for now to expensive

different size pouches due to manufacturer changing product size

I ordered a box of 120 packs of 100g The order delivered was 96 plus 40 packs = 136 packs of 85g. no explanation in box. After contacting the supplier they explained that Whiskas have changed the size of their pouches and they do not have the facility to change the description on Amazon. Therefore I’m happy with my purchase.

I got 120 pouches but... only 85grams instead of 100grams
