No banana taste, hard to mix
Taste is ok, sweet but not recognisable as bananas to me. Unclear if this is made from green bananas which was my hope as description says ‘perfectly ripened’ which doesn’t really clarify.Doesn’t mix well with water leaving lumps floating on the top. Whisking or blending with milk has the same result.Too early to know if there is any benefit.
