Excellent product, quick delivery, easy to assemble but heavy to lift!! I wanted an adjustable that came with a Smart App in case something happened to the original remote years from now. I could not find any with an option to purchase an extra remote. When I received it, no instructions were included to pair the bed to a phone. I wrote customer service and they provided with the information the next day. My wife liked the option of several different leg heights. I have been in the furniture business myself for many years and the price is below wholesale pricing!!!

I don't know why did not get this sooner. It very easy to put together. I do recommend that you have another person help to carry in from delivery frot door to the bedroom it's very heavy. It weighs about 130lbs. I'm in love it my bed now. Again, I don't how live with this adjustable bed. The price is worth it.

Easy to set up. Works great. Very comfortable. I never realized how comfortable a few little adjustments could be.

This unit appears to be well designed and constructed. Setup for us was fairly easy and straight forward. It is a little heavy and installation is much easier with two people. We are very happy with the comfort this unit provides. The functions work great with the remote. Our mattress is 11" deep, so I was not expecting much from the massage function. The massage option actually works well even with the deep mattress. Overall we are very satisfied with this purchase.

I’m giving it 4 stars because overall the base is very good: it’s comfortable, sturdy, and the adjustable features work perfectly. Setup was easy and it feels like a quality product. However, the “massage” mode was a bit disappointing. I expected something more targeted or like a real massage, but it’s really just a simple vibration. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t meet higher expectations in that area. That said, aside from that, it’s a great product and I would recommend it.

Great adjustable bed frame. Difficult to carry as it’s extremely heavy and instructions are kind of vague, but eventually succeeded and it works wonderfully.

Came early, was purchased for my parents who are elderly, NO ASSEMBLY OR TOOLS REQUIRED. Very self explanatory even without directions!

It’s great has a zero gravity feature which is great for back pain fit perfectly inside my queen bed frame easy to put together the only issue I’ve had was my mattress is constantly sliding and needs to be adjusted every couple days so t think it would work better with a thinner mattress mine is 14 in
