TopeakDynaPack Aerodynamic Bicycle Saddle Bag with Quick Release Mount

I sent this back because I added a suspension seat post and the Trek bike is x-large and the seat post can’t go higher to fit the mounting bracket.It was perfect for what I needed. Durable, detachable, weatherproof (rain jacket) and plenty of room for everything I need on 100 mi ride. It’s light weight and aerodynamic, looked great. Really bummed out it doesn’t mount onto the suspension seat post.

I really like this bag. It is sturdy and light, and carries quite a bit of gear considering its size. I typically keep the lid loaded with a tube, a couple CO2, an emergency mylar blanket, the rain cover, wrenches and tire tools, and a pair of earbags. (if you don't know what earbags are look them up. You're welcome.)After filling the lid with the stuff I drag around all the time I still have room for other items. I do have to pack carefully, but have fit gloves, rain pants, keys, and sunglasses. This bag is perfect for extra go pro batteries, your wallet, etc. I have used this both for long distance rides and short jaunts around town.Another plus with this bag is how easily you can take it off the bike and carry it around. You can either leave the metal hoop attached to your bike and just take the bag, or take the whole thing off easily. I love taking the hoop+bag off for storage and transporting the bike. No big rack hanging off your bike getting in the way of a car rack, etc.I am very, very pleased with this bag.

I love the convenience of having a bag that detaches from your bike. So easy to just pop it off when you need to with all your valuables. On that, it’s wonderful. Roomy and has dividers. However, the instructions are crap and it doesn’t include the Allen wrench you need to adjust the fit. I spent a stupid amount of time realizing that I needed to use another size ring for the seat post. Once I realized that, I had to search for the correct wrench. For $80 they should include that—we aren’t all ready for the Tour with our Allen wrenches organized on a workbench! My only complaint. Otherwise, order this and get your wrenches ready.

I run waterproof panniers on my commuter bike. When I put smaller, loose items in them (like keys, wallet, ID badge) they get shuffled and sometime slide down next to the cargo. This pack is perfect for all those smaller, need-to-access things when your regular luggage is too deep or voluminous. Easy to install, smart and easy release mechanism w/clamp to stop bouncing. Removable/adjustable padded dividers. The only slight inconvenience is that the whole bag is a rigid shell so you have to completely unzip the lid to open it.

The bag and mounting system works very good and is well made. Do check that you have room down to the rear tire for the bag. The bike I wanted to use this on had only a little seat post out of the frame. When mounting the bag it was in conflict with the rear tire and I could not use for this application.

I own two other Topeak racks with bags and this has become my favorite. I actually owned the original design for this rack made by a different company until I destroyed it by putting too much weight on the rack. You should only use this rack/bag combo if you just want to carry some extra things like a lock, a wallet, lunch, or something like that. Anything heavy or bulky - forget it - go with a regular seatpost rack. The nice thing is that with the push of a button, the rack and bag come off. Then, if I need to carry something heavier, I just attach one of my other racks on the seatpost above the fixer. Alternatively, if I don't want any weight at all, I just leave the very light fixer on the post and then attach a small bag with my pump and patch kit. If you use your bike to do everything and go everywhere, this rack bag is perfect if you want a little more room, but don't want the heavy weight of a postrack and bag.

A very nice sturdy and wekk built. Easy to take off if you want to take it with you.

this under the seat bike pack is just what I needed. it's very light and compact. and large enough to store cold weather gear once it warms up during my ride. Plus you can fit a spare tube, camera, sun screen etc. It is also very easy to unclip and carry with you, if you have to leave the bike.

S'adapte facilement à plusieurs vélos. Je le trouve idéal pour les vélos de route. Placé à l'arrière il ne va pas contre vent et a une bonne capacité de volume juste assez. Léger et pratique!

Nice idea but you need a good amount of seat post to pull the fixings up or the bag fowls on the rear tyre. Adding weight also causes the same.

デザインが気に入り、レビュー等をチェックした上で購入しました。ビアンキのカメレオンテ３に付けてます。大きさはちょうどいい感じです。開ける際はチャックで横一周しないといけないのが面倒かな？と思ってましたが、ツマミが２つありいざ使ってみるとそうでもないですね。積載量も4.5kgまでと十分であり安心です。中の仕切りも意外と便利です。一番前（シートポスト側）にABUSの800g程あるチェーンロックを入れ、真ん中によく使う工具類、スモーカーなので一番後ろの仕切り部分にタバコ・ライター・灰皿、スマホに財布を入れてます(^^)CO2ボンベや予備チューブ、パンク修理キット、エアゲージ、インフレーター、レインカバー、ティッシュ等は上蓋のチャック部分に収納できます。ちょっとそこまでという時にも少しの荷物なら積めたりして本当に便利で、付けて良かったと思ってます。ただ、シートポストに付けてたテールランプは移設した方がいいかも？一番上に付けてるので車の角度からなら見えるかもしれませんが、水平からではバッグに隠れてしまいます。装着すると結構尻上がりになりますので（底は水平）。取り付け取り外しもワンタッチですしガタもありません。とても気に入りました。

Had this for a few weeks now and it works well, has enough storage for my puncture kit including an inner tube along with face masks and sanitiser, all of which fits in the front part snug leaving a fairly large space for wallet, keys, snacks and anything else.I have used this over some fairly rough terrain along the local river and canal tow paths so not just smooth roads and its stood up well so far and not come loose.
