Q: How many uses do you get out of one pad? And where can you buy extra pads, I do not see any pads on Amazon

I just ordered the mop. I also saw on Amazon replacement pads! I ordered the 6 pack there was also an 8 pack. I want to mention about the mop. The pads go on with Velcro for mopping flooring. The attachment that goes over the pad IS NOT for floors! It is for carpets only! I have seen people try to use it on floors and that may be the reason for some of the low starred reviews. I look forward to using this steam mop!

Q: Are the pads washable/reusable and for how many washes?

Yes they are washable. I never use dryer sheets but I ASSUME they wouldn't work well with this since you want it to be water permaeable. I got my kit in January and have used it 1-3 times a week all year long and the velcro is TOAST. I NEED new pads at this point. But it looks Like the pads are only about $2 -$3 each so, I don't know why I didn't get new ones earlier!!!

Q: Is this steam cleaner approved for cleaning laminate floors?

This would be approved for laminate if your (compressed board) laminate was installed properly and the moisture sealant was applied after installation. If you have the laminate flooring throughout your house that is for bathrooms or areas with high moisture (which I'd suggest having Because it's made to lock out moisture to prevent swelling). You'd be just fine using steam on it. How would you clean your laminate without using moisture? Unless you only swept it... But with kids and pets. Sweeping just doesn't do the job.... At least for me lol. Good luck

Q: Does anyone know where to find extra accessories?

I absolutely love this steam cleaner but mine is now broke :/ debating if I should get another or not but for you people needing the accessories I originally got this with whole set of the brushes etc and if lmk I prob have replacement for you :)

Already broken beware

Had it for about 6 months and this feeble plastic latch already broke. It needs better engineering. Also, pads don’t stick well since it uses velcro. Buy at your own risk!
