Great Machine. I used one in Canada so thought I would treat myself to one here in the UK. I went on Amazon UK and ordered one. Unfortunately it turn up with a USA plug an American voltage. Why list it on a UK Amazon site when it will not work here. I now have to return it. It does NOT state American use only. Very annoyed after buying 2 packets of K-Kup coffees too Grrr!

Why is this item being sold in UK? It is not compatible with our system. What a waste of time: the item will be returned.

I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

I'm so glad I purchased this. It's the perfect size for me and doesn't take up too much space on my counter. Extremely simple to set up and use. I use it daily and love it!

So pretty! But the water tank arrived cracked, sent it back.
