This is great where you can roll it on and not have to get it all over your hand. It works great and smells pretty good also. And it really does help the pain. But the side of the bottles great also, it will fit anywhere to make it handy for use. I keep it in my lunch box incase it’s needed for while at work. And it’s very affordable!

Helps alot with the pain, it was differently worth the buy.

Personal Use: Having suffered from neck, shoulder, mid and lower back pain, I used to have used this roller almost everywhere. I also recently sprained my thumb rolled this all over my joint and palm, then wrapped an ace bandage to secure the thumb and palm. Worked great. I woudl say this helps will sorts of muscle/joint issues:Bursitis. tendonitis, strains, sprains, and any muscle tenderness or tightness. Personally, i mainly use it on neck and shoulder(trap muscle specifically), even have rolled up a little above the hair line to hit those muscles in my hairat base of my skull. Helps ease aches from sitting in front a of a pc for 10 hrs a day.Smell: Its strong to whiff from roller. And strong when you first roll on. But once a dries, its light and only noticeable if you hold nose close to skin. I work in an 10x12 office and no one notices it when they walk in. Personally, I love the smell so it doesn't bother me in the least.Downside(if any): Unless you've had the stuff on for 4+ hours, do not shower with hot water for at least 1-2 hour after application.. Your skin will feel like its on fire. Same with sweating. If you work out after work, do not put on after lunch. If you work out in the morning, put on after you shower. Another thing, which again i dont really feel is a downside but feel to mention, since i roll it on back of my neck and in my hair, it does make my pillow smell like icy hot (no staining though). I have rolled over in the middle of the night and opened my eyes and gotten a wave of methol hit my face and makes my eyes water. Bottom line... the stuff is potent. It caused skin irritation on my neck and forehead, but works fine on my lowerback without any issues. It causes freezing for like 1 hour then burning sensation that masks pain.

This is one of my favorite medicines to use for back aches and pains. It definitely works for me but I know it works differently with different people. The size and quality of this product is great. It’s a pretty good size honestly, works fast which is most needed and it doesn’t have a bad smell to it at all which is also nice. It’s definitely worth the value for the price, it’s durable and works fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Feels like the sun is just shining down on your back, legs, arms... any place you have put it on the body. It is a deep heat. That heat feel great on the bones in the body.
