I don’t know why this has so many bad reviews it is honestly a life saver for me. I suffer from migraines up to twice a week and headaches daily (anxiety, jaw clenching related) I was taking way too many painkillers so tried this. I don’t need painkillers anymore, it works better than them tbh. Sometimes painkiller wouldn’t even touch a migraine but this takes it off, takes a little while and I have to reheat it but the heat is soothing while it works. I heat it up in the microwave really hot and it’s never burst. I haven’t used it cold so can’t comment on that. I like that it’s got a big strap so I can move it to where I want around my head. I would absolutely recommend for heat therapy for people who suffer migraines

i bought these for terrible headaches i suffer, i was fed up having to buy the stick on cool strips even though they were gud, so thought would try these, once id had them in the fridge i needed one that same night,, it has a velcro strap which is brill so put it on and didnt need the strap too tight, and i have a cpap for my breathing at night and this didnt interfer with the item on my forehead,, brill brill would recommend defo,,,

Waste of time and money because they don’t keep the heat for very long

These are brilliant for anybody who suffer with headaches that regular painkillers won’t touch. I always have mine in the freezer ready to go. I love the fact it straps to your head, so you can keep it in the exact place you need it. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is after a while the balls seem to disintegrate inside, and one of them popped after a while, I assume it’s because I freeze them instead of chilling. Other than that, very pleased.

really helps calm down My headache

Relaxed and calms the tension from my headache. The plastic is hard, so can be uncomfortable, but hopefully will soften. I have fibromyalgia and this will be used slot. Thank you

This product is fantastic for migraines. It's adjustable so it should fit most. I was able to sleep with it on. Great comfort for me as I suffer terribly with migraines! Also used it on the nape of my neck.

No sorry but no, this is a poor product. The instructions are written in non-well translated English, with the addition of several spelling mistakes on key words which does not inspire confidence.The product itself is ok and can do the job asked of it, however you have to 'jury-rig' your own method of keeping it from being directly on your skin (ie. placing a thin towel or random piece of cloth in-between it and yourself - other similar products of this type come with that thought of by the manufacturers, and included for ease of use)Wouldnt recommend this item no sorry.
