They work well but I was able to bump it off a fuel line. It's a good design but there's nothing on it to lock the device onto the whatever your capping. But this was fixed with a zip tie. Won't leak or slip off now!

We use them at the shop for every brake caliper job and they certainly help keep things clean and aid in the reservoir not going dry, which helps when it comes time to bleed brakes.

Worked really great while working on rear brake lines

Well made and kept fluid from leaking on a disconnected line.

I purchased these to stop brake fluid when removing a brake caliper for repair. When the line stopper was fully open, spring fully compressed, the distance between where the top of the line stopper ( U-shaped cut out ) goes around the brake line and the rubber stopper plugs the end of the brake line, was just barely enough. It was stretched to it's absolute maximum. (BMW 3 series E90 front brake line). The top plastic part broke off under the tension. The idea is great, but the product should have a slightly longer range of opening. For automotive brake lines specifically, only ONE of these will work for you due to the variation in sizing.

They work well. But I advise getting two sets, easier to work on brakes doing both at the same time.

I bought these for plugging banjo brake fittings of a car, expecting all the clamps to be made for banjo fittings (two stoppers). Only one clamp has two rubber stoppers for a banjo fitting, the others only have one stopper and to be used for brake lines only. Maybe I did not read the description carefully, but I caution potential buyers to read the sizes carefully as there are three brake line fittings and only one banjo fitment in the package.

I used this while I was replacing calipers and brake lines - made it easy, I disconnected the brake line first, plugged it with this and then had plenty of time to install the new calipers, banjo bolts and lines before pulling this off to reconnect the brake line. Lost very little brake fluid doing it.

Didn't know these things existed and now they're a valuable part of my tool box, great tool if you prefer to not crimp a brake line

Very handy. Saves having to clamp a Flexi or find another method to prevent fluid loss

I used this product for my 2012 Ram restoration project.It worked really well for me. Not so much as one drip of brake fluid. The kit comes with 4 clips for connecting to different standardsBut if (like me) you are a recreational builder taking your time to do things right (remove calipers and brackets, strip, repaint, refurbish and replace) you will probably want to take off both sets of calipers to work on while the rear axle is dropped.I bought a second set, leaving me in great shape for rebuilding my front end when this project completes.

Tested them and seem to work as well as OTC brand. True value as you get more pieces than OTC for much less$$
